Warehousing
Our warehouse has an overall storage capacity of 2000 square metres with an additional 3500 square metres available if required. All handling and storage into our warehouse is offered at no charge.
Zamlinx provides client specific warehouse storage solutions by managing and operating customized storage space. Our facilities are operated by trained employees who are enabled by advanced technology systems, and deploy safe and purpose-built handling equipment.
We provide tailored solutions to the commodities community. We have approved warehousing spaces available for transported cargo strategically located in South Africa and Zambia.
Our customised solutions include managed warehouse solutions, multi-principal warehousing solutions and dedicated single-principal warehouse solutions.
Warehouse Insurance
Cargo in our warehouse is not insured by ourselves and is handled and stored by ourselves at owners risk. We load approximately 34 to 48 tonnes of consolidation cargo on a daily basis therefore cargo is dispatched within a 48 hour period from receipt of goods and documentation into our warehouse thus alleviating much of the risk
Computerized Systems
All of our divisions are fully computerized and are operated and controlled by the managers of our various divisions ie. Receiving, Warehousing, Consolidating, Documentation, Dispatch, Tracking and Accounting.
Access Control
Access to our warehouse is limited to authorized personnel, camera’s and 24 hour security (backed by armed response).
